Modeller's Workshop
Building Custom Models with the Brain Dynamics Toolbox
Master the art of programming differential equations in Matlab using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. This course is for researchers, students and instructors who wish to use the toolbox to build their own dynamical models. Topics include programming Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations, Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases.
Study Time: 8 hours
