Toolbox Basics
Getting Started with the Brain Dynamics Toolbox
This is a beginner-level course for anyone who is new to the Brain Dynamics Toolbox toolbox and wants to be up-and-running quickly. It guides you through the process of installing the toolbox and running the example model with a series of short video lectures (about 15 minutes each). You will learn how to run a model in the graphical user interface and visualise the simulation in different display panels. You will also learn how to manipulate the parameters and initial conditions of that model using both the graphical controls and the matlab command window. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to automate a parameter sweep and produce a bifurcation diagram.
Study Time: 2-3 Hours.
